The sander is then re-assembled using only Original Equipment Parts to replace any worn or damaged parts.  The high pressure chamber and vacuum chamber are meticulously sealed. A power supply ground circuit continuity test is performed to ensure operator safety. The fully assembled sander is then taken to the balancing station and balanced at service speed to ISO G/6.3. This high standard for balancing ensures comfort for the operator and long life for the sander. And then finally, a dust leak test is performed using UV light and special leak detection powder.
