Herbert Drywall Tools warrants it's products for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase to be free from defects in materials or workmanship and we will repair or replace any part which, after examination, proves defective during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover repairs or replacement required because of repairs attempted or made by others, or abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear. The above stated warranty will last for only one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and is Herbert Drywall Tool's sole liability under this or any implied warranty, such as fitness for a particular purpose, and under no circumstance shall Herbert Drywall Tools be liable for any consequential damages. Laws differ from state to state, therefore the limitation on consequential damage liability may not apply to you.
